Why is it taking so long to get here?
I have my juice book and can't wait to start this way of life. What I don't understand is why it is taking so long to be shipped? Does it come from the interior land mass not yet named? China, maybe? Or is the juice extractor in the process of being put together? I really wanted to start using it yesterday.

This is an excellent juicer for the price. It cleans up really easy. My only complaint is that the "Big Mouth" isn't really as big as it looks-you could fit a really tiny apple in-but it is so easily to cut one in half that it's no problem. It is a bit loud to operate.
Great juicer!
We chose this juicer on the recommendation of Consumer Reports, and it was a great tip. Virtually anything fits into the "mouth" -- whole oranges, apples, etc. I would say the only thing that hasn't juiced well for us was an extremely ripe banana...too mushy I think. We have been using produce bags to line the pulp collector, and that really cuts down on clean up. The brush included makes cleaning the blade very easy. The only negative thing to say is that it is quite noisy, so you can't get away with juicing in the morning while anyone else is sleeping...but I think that is true for most of them. All in all, we love it!
It works as designed...
...and very well, too. The 67650 extractor produces all the juice possible, from whatever fruit you use. I've used carrots, apples, grapes, oranges, peaches, and plums. My purchase was based on the reviews that others had posted. I agree that the cleaning of the sytem takes a good deal of time, and some very detailed work...but that's the only bit of bother. I find the use of a toothbrush cleans out the narrow spaces of the unit. Also, cleaning of the micro mesh strainer is best done, with a toothbrush, from the outside...in. Assembly and disassembly of this system is easy. So far, I'm very pleased with this item.
